Life Legacy
Linda D. Dominique, 56, of Lafayette, died at 7:10 p.m. on January 4, 2010 at Heritage Healthcare after a long battle with cancer.
She was born on March 9, 1953 in Lafayette to the late George and Laura Mae Weaver. She was a 1971 graduate of Jefferson High School.
Her marriage was to Carl L. Dominique on August 1,1990. He survives.
Surviving with her husband is a son, Lloyd Dale Weaver; a brother, Larry Weaver; step-mother, Loretta Weaver; and a step-daughter Jennifer Dominique.
A memorial service will be held at Heritage Healthcare on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at 3:15 p.m. with Bishop John Purvis officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
